The Portsmouth Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony will be Thursday, May 7th at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Missionary Baptist Church at 2714 Frederick Blvd. It’s an annual event wherein we honor and remember Portsmouth law enforcement officers and employees who have died in the line of duty.
